Why Do an Information Detox?
Are you feeling drained by the negative news you hear everywhere?
Do you jump on social media for a break, and end up feeling badly about yourself and like everyone else is living the dream?
Are you overwhelmed by the sheer number of emails that show up in your inbox and are tired of hitting the delete button?
In honor of this Mercury Retrograde in Gemini and Taurus (May 10-June 3), I have created a simple 4-week information detox to help you
- remove the negative energy from the information sources you are surrounded by and
- consciously curate your email inbox, social media network, and screen time to present you with information that inspires you to be your best self--for yourself and the world

Mercury retrograde is a good time to review and revise your communications.
With this retrograde in both Gemini (information gathering) and Taurus (serenity), I felt it was the perfect time to help you consciously reflect on the information you take in every day and make revisions so that it creates more serenity and less negativity in your life.
You will receive an email each Saturday with directions that help you raise the vibration of the information sources in your life.
- Week 1 - Detox Your Email Inbox
- Week 2 - Detox Your Social Media
- Week 3 - Detox Your Video Screen Time
- Week 4 - Detox Other Media (Podcasts, News Apps, and the Rest)a
