Domestic Returns
for the Soul Mission Planner
Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure your desired refund can be made.
RETURN TIMEFRAME & REFUND AMOUNT - If you decide you do not want to keep the planner, you have 30 days from the order date on the packing slip to return it for a refund of the purchase price (minus any postage costs you paid for delivery of the product to you). We use the postmark on the return package to determine the 30-day window.
NEW CONDITION - The planner must be returned to us in brand new condition, with no markings on it, and you are responsible for returning the package in new condition (please package accordingly) via United States Postal Service (USPS).
POSTAGE COSTS - You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. Please be sure to keep your receipt so you can track your package if needed.
REFUND TIMEFRAME - Upon receipt of your returned package, we will typically process your refund within 10 days.
RETURN MAILING INSTRUCTIONS -Â Please make a copy of the packing slip and return the planner product with the packing slip via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, or Media Mail to:Â

Please note that we cannot receive packages delivered by mail carriers other than USPS as we receive mail at a U.S. Post Office.Â
GLOBAL RETURNS - We do not accept returns or provide refunds at this time to customers outside of the United States due to difficulty mailing affordably in a trackable manner. Thank you for your understanding.
